What can ChatGPT or Claude do in tiaki – and how do you disconnect them?
When connecting, you choose the permissions: Read, Draft, Submit for approval, Publish directly and Reply. You can disconnect at any time under Programmschnittstelle (API) in “Verbundene KI-Assistenten” (Connected AI assistants).
You decide exactly what an AI assistant can do in tiaki. Your own role in the workspace always applies on top of that. An AI can never delete anything or manage accounts.
The permissions
- Lesen (Read – always included): view profiles, occasions, post suggestions, image templates, posts and the inbox.
- Entwerfen (Draft): create and edit post drafts – nothing gets published.
- Zur Freigabe einreichen (Submit for approval): submit posts with a date and time; a person approves them in tiaki.
- Direkt veröffentlichen (Publish directly): schedule posts without approval – only for owners and managers, and only if the workspace has switched this on.
- Antworten (Reply): reply to comments and messages in the inbox.
Switching on direct publishing
- Open the workspace menu (your company name at the top) and choose Programmschnittstelle (API).
- Under Verbundene KI-Assistenten (Connected AI assistants), tap Direkt veröffentlichen: aus (Publish directly: off).
- Switch on KI darf ohne Freigabe einplanen (AI may schedule without approval), enter the Bestätigungscode (Confirmation code) and tap Speichern (Save).
Note: Only the owner sees this toggle. When it’s on, the AI schedules at most 10 posts per day directly, and each one shows up in your notifications.
Disconnecting access
- Open Programmschnittstelle in the workspace menu.
- Under Verbundene KI-Assistenten, tap Trennen (Disconnect) next to the connection.
This takes effect immediately: the AI is turned away on its next attempt. Owners and managers can disconnect all connections; everyone else only their own.
Not working?
- The AI can’t publish even though it has the permission: Check whether Direkt veröffentlichen is switched on for the workspace and whether you’re an owner or manager.
- You want to grant more permissions: Reconnect in the AI and switch the permissions on in the consent screen.
