Creating posts
Write posts, design images, draft with tiaki and approve.
- How do you create a new post?Under Beiträge (Posts), tap “Neuer Beitrag” (New post), choose your profiles and an image, and write your text. The preview shows you right away how it will look on Google, Facebook or Instagram.
- How does post approval work?Team members submit a post with “Zur Freigabe” (Submit for approval). Owners and managers get a notification, review it and approve it with “Planen” (Schedule).
- How do you add an image to a post or design one?In the post, tap “Bild wählen” (Choose image) for our templates, “Eigenes Foto” (Your own photo) to upload, or “Gestalten” (Design) to put text and a logo on the image.
- How does tiaki write post text for you?In the post, tap “Mit tiaki schreiben” (Write with tiaki), enter a few keywords and get a suggestion. It lands in the text field – nothing gets published until you schedule it.
