How do you create a new post?
Under Beiträge (Posts), tap “Neuer Beitrag” (New post), choose your profiles and an image, and write your text. The preview shows you right away how it will look on Google, Facebook or Instagram.

You write a post once – tiaki sends it to every profile you choose.
Step by step
- Open Beiträge (Posts) and tap Neuer Beitrag (New post). On your phone, you can also tap the ＋ in the bottom bar and then Neuer Beitrag.
- Under Wo erscheint er? (Where will it appear?), all connected profiles are already selected. Tap a profile to deselect or reselect it.
- Add an image under Bild (Image): Bild wählen (Choose image), Eigenes Foto (Your own photo) or Gestalten (Design).
- Write your text in the Text field. Out of ideas? Tap Mit tiaki schreiben (Write with tiaki).
- Under Hashtags, enter matching keywords, e.g.
#bäckerei #frischgebacken. - Check the Vorschau (Preview). The buttons above it switch between networks.
- Tap Speichern (Save) and your post is saved as a draft under Beiträge → Entwürfe (Drafts). Or schedule it right away via Zeitpunkt (Time) and Planen (Schedule) or Zur Freigabe (Submit for approval).
Note: Below the text field, you’ll see a bar with the character count for each network. Google allows at most 1,500 characters, Instagram 2,200, Facebook 63,206. On Instagram and Facebook, hashtags count too; Google doesn’t display hashtags. tiaki never shortens anything behind your back – if the text is too long, it tells you when you schedule.
Tip: Instagram always needs an image. Without one, remove Instagram under Wo erscheint er?.
Not working?
- Don’t see any profiles? Then none is connected yet. Owners or managers do this under Profile (Profiles). You can still write drafts in the meantime.
- “Wähle mindestens ein verbundenes Profil” (Choose at least one connected profile): Tap at least one profile under Wo erscheint er?.
- “Instagram braucht ein Bild” (Instagram needs an image): Add an image or remove Instagram.
- “Die Seite ist abgelaufen” (The page has expired): Reload the page. Copy your text first if you haven’t saved it yet.
