- How do you reply to Google reviews in tiaki?Open your location under Profile (Profiles), go to the “Bewertungen” (Reviews) tab and tap “Antworten” (Reply) on the review. With “Bei Google veröffentlichen” (Publish on Google), your reply goes public on Google right away.
- How do you change your opening hours and special hours on Google?In the “Öffnungszeiten” (Opening hours) tab of your Google location, enter your regular week and tap “Speichern und an Google senden” (Save and send to Google). You add vacation closures and special openings under “Ausnahmen” (Exceptions).
- How do you set tiaki to reply to Google reviews automatically?In the “Bewertungen” (Reviews) tab, “Regeln ändern” (Change rules) opens the reply rules, where you choose for each star rating: Notify, Suggestion or Automatic. Automatic only works for 4 and 5 stars, only with templates and after confirming with your second factor.
- How do you change the description and services in your Google profile?In the “Profil” (Profile) tab of your Google location, you change the description under “Name & Geschichte” (Name & story) and add new services under “Leistungen” (Services). Nothing changes on Google until you tap “An Google senden” (Send to Google).
