How do you reply to Google reviews in tiaki?
Open your location under Profile (Profiles), go to the “Bewertungen” (Reviews) tab and tap “Antworten” (Reply) on the review. With “Bei Google veröffentlichen” (Publish on Google), your reply goes public on Google right away.
tiaki checks Google for new reviews every 15 minutes. Often a suggested reply is already waiting – you decide what gets published.
Step by step
- Under Netze (Networks), open Profile (Profiles) and tap your Google location.
- Switch to the Bewertungen (Reviews) tab. The Unbeantwortet (Unanswered) filter shows only what’s still open.
- If a suggestion is ready, tap Veröffentlichen (Publish) – or Ändern (Edit) to adjust it.
- Without a suggestion, tap Antworten (Reply). Auf Bewertung antworten (Reply to review) opens.
- Write your reply in the Eure Antwort (Your reply) field, or get help with Anderer Vorschlag (Another suggestion), Kürzer (Shorter) or Förmlicher (More formal).
- Tap Bei Google veröffentlichen (Publish on Google).
Note: Suggestions only use facts from your company profile and never promise discounts, vouchers or compensation. Still, read them before publishing.
Tip: Critical reviews are marked Mitarbeiter muss ran (A team member needs to step in) or with a warning word. tiaki doesn’t prepare anything automatically for these – reply personally. Entwurf holen (Get draft) still gives you a draft.
Editing or deleting a reply
- On a review you’ve replied to, tap Antwort ändern (Edit reply) or Antwort löschen (Delete reply).
- In the Posteingang (Inbox), you’ll also find all unanswered reviews under Google-Bewertungen (Google reviews).
Not working?
- The review isn’t there yet: New reviews appear after about 15 minutes at the latest.
- Instead of “Bei Google veröffentlichen,” it says “Zur Freigabe geben” (Submit for approval): Then you can’t publish directly; an owner or manager approves your reply.
