Schedule posts, use occasions in the calendar and keep track of what goes live.
- How do you schedule a post for later?In the post, tap “Zeitpunkt” (Time) at the bottom, pick a suggestion or your own day and time, then tap “Planen” (Schedule). tiaki publishes it right on time.
- How do you edit or delete a scheduled post?Open the post under Beiträge (Posts) → Geplant (Scheduled), make your changes and tap “Planen” (Schedule) again. “Beitrag löschen” (Delete post) removes it completely, as long as it hasn’t been published yet.
- What are post suggestions and how do you use them?Under Beiträge (Posts), tiaki shows you ready-made ideas for the next 14 days – with image, text and hashtags. “Übernehmen” (Use) turns one into a draft that you adjust and schedule.
- How do you use the calendar with occasions for your posts?The calendar shows public holidays, school vacations, awareness and world days, your own events and posts. Open an occasion and tap “Beitrag dazu” (Post about it) – the occasion is then already filled in.
