What are post suggestions and how do you use them?
Under Beiträge (Posts), tiaki shows you ready-made ideas for the next 14 days – with image, text and hashtags. “Übernehmen” (Use) turns one into a draft that you adjust and schedule.

Not sure what to post? Every night, tiaki looks for fitting occasions for the next two weeks and prepares a post for each.
Step by step
- Open Beiträge (Posts). At the top, you’ll see Vorschläge für die nächsten 14 Tage (Suggestions for the next 14 days).
- Each suggestion shows the occasion, date, image, text, hashtags and why it fits you.
- Like a suggestion? Tap Übernehmen (Use). tiaki creates a draft – with text, image, hashtags and occasion, for all connected profiles.
- Adjust the draft, e.g. with your own photo or a more personal text.
- Schedule it via Zeitpunkt (Time) and Planen (Schedule) – or submit it with Zur Freigabe (Submit for approval).
- If a suggestion doesn’t fit, tap Verwerfen (Dismiss). It disappears for your workspace.
Note: Nothing appears on your networks by itself. A suggestion is only published once you use it and schedule it.
Tip: Suggestions fit better when tiaki knows your business. Enter your industry and ZIP code in the Firmen-Briefing (Company profile), and choose your German state in the Kalender (Calendar). Occasions you mark in the calendar move to the top.
Not working?
- No suggestions showing? New suggestions are created overnight. Check again the next day.
- An occasion no longer shows up? If you’ve already written a post for it, tiaki won’t suggest it again.
- Only a few suggestions? tiaki shows only the best ones – fewer during the trial than with a plan.
- If your tiaki is currently paused (no plan), it shows no suggestions. With a plan, they’re back right away.
