How does tiaki write post text for you?

Last reviewed 2 min read

In the post, tap “Mit tiaki schreiben” (Write with tiaki), enter a few keywords and get a suggestion. It lands in the text field – nothing gets published until you schedule it.

On this page

tiaki writes a text suggestion for you – tailored to your business, the occasion and the networks you’ve chosen.

Step by step

  1. Open a post and choose the profiles under Wo erscheint er? (Where will it appear?).
  2. Below the text field, tap Mit tiaki schreiben (Write with tiaki).
  3. Choose what tiaki should do: Neuen Text vorschlagen (Suggest new text – from your keywords and, if there is one, the occasion), Umschreiben (Rewrite – same message, better worded), Kürzer machen (Make shorter – about half) or Nur Hashtags (Hashtags only – to match your text).
  4. Under Worum geht es? (What’s it about?), write a few keywords, e.g. “new cinnamon buns, starting Saturday.”
  5. Choose the Tonalität (Tone): Locker (Casual), Sachlich (Matter-of-fact) or Herzlich (Warm).
  6. Tap Vorschlag holen (Get suggestion). The text then appears in the text field, and hashtags in the Hashtags field.
  7. Proofread it, adjust it and tap Speichern (Save).

Tip: The more tiaki knows about your business, the better the text fits. Enter your industry, offering and form of address (formal or informal) in the Firmen-Briefing (Company profile). You’ll find it in the workspace menu at the top left.

Note: tiaki keeps the text short enough to fit the network with the lowest character limit. tiaki never makes up prices, dates or phone numbers – you add those yourself.

Not working?

  • “Schreib erst einen Text” (Write some text first): Umschreiben, Kürzer machen and Nur Hashtags need text in the text field. For a brand-new text, choose Neuen Text vorschlagen.
  • “Worum soll es gehen?” (What should it be about?): Enter a few keywords under Worum geht es?.
  • “Für heute sind die KI-Vorschläge aufgebraucht” (You’ve used up today’s AI suggestions): The number of suggestions per day is limited – 5 during the trial. You can continue tomorrow.
