Create your account, set up your workspace, fill in your briefing and sign in securely.
- How do I sign up for tiaki?You sign up at app.tiaki.de/registrieren with an invitation code and your email address. In six steps, you confirm your address, set a password, set up two-factor sign-in and create your first workspace.
- How do I sign in to tiaki?At app.tiaki.de/anmelden, you enter your email address, your password and the code from your authenticator app, one after the other. On a new device, you also confirm the sign-in by email.
- How do I fill out the company profile?In the workspace menu, open “Firmen-Briefing” (Company profile) and fill out the sections Identity, Brand, Offering, Voice & messages, Story and Channels. The more complete the profile, the more tiaki’s suggestions sound like you.
- How do I create a workspace and switch between workspaces?A workspace is your business in tiaki. You create another one in the workspace menu with “Neuer Workspace” (New workspace), and in the same menu you switch between your workspaces with one click.
