How do I sign in to tiaki?
At app.tiaki.de/anmelden, you enter your email address, your password and the code from your authenticator app, one after the other. On a new device, you also confirm the sign-in by email.

Signing in to tiaki takes three steps. That way, nobody gets into your account just because they know your password.
Step by step
- Open app.tiaki.de/anmelden, enter your E-Mail (Email) and tap Weiter (Next).
- Enter your password and tap Weiter.
- Open your authenticator app and enter the current 6-digit code. It changes every 30 seconds. Tap Bestätigen (Confirm).
- If you sign in on a device tiaki doesn’t know yet, you’ll also get an email. Tap Anmeldung prüfen (Check sign-in) in it – more on this under Confirm a new device.
- Done: you land on your home page.
Tip: You stay signed in on your device for 30 days. To sign out on your phone, tap Mehr (More) and then Abmelden (Sign out). On a computer, click your name at the bottom of the sidebar and then Abmelden.
Not working?
- “E-Mail oder Passwort stimmt nicht.” (Email or password is wrong.) – For security reasons, we don’t say which of the two is wrong. Check both and start over.
- “Der Code stimmt nicht.” (The code is wrong.) – Always use the current code from the app. If your phone’s clock is off, the codes won’t match. After three wrong codes, you start again at step 1.
- “Zu viele Versuche.” (Too many attempts.) – After several failed attempts, tiaki blocks sign-in for a while. Wait a moment, then try again.
- Lost your phone or deleted the app? Under Kein Zugriff auf die App? Wiederherstellungscode nutzen (No access to the app? Use a recovery code), you sign in with one of your recovery codes.
- “Die Anmeldung ist abgelaufen.” (The sign-in has expired.) – Too much time passed between the steps. Just start over.
