How do I sign up for tiaki?
You sign up at app.tiaki.de/registrieren with an invitation code and your email address. In six steps, you confirm your address, set a password, set up two-factor sign-in and create your first workspace.

tiaki is just launching – right now, you can only sign up with an Einladungscode (Invitation code). Allow about ten minutes and have your phone with an authenticator app ready.
Step by step
- Open app.tiaki.de/registrieren. Enter your Einladungscode and Deine E-Mail-Adresse (Your email address) and tap Code senden (Send code).
- Check your inbox: you’ll get a 6-digit code that’s valid for 30 minutes. Enter it and tap Bestätigen (Confirm).
- Set your password and repeat it. The traffic light shows what’s still missing: at least 12 characters, upper- and lowercase letters, at least one number – and not your name from the email address. Check the box for the terms and conditions and tap Konto anlegen (Create account).
- Set up two-factor sign-in: scan the code with an app like Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator or 1Password and enter the 6 digits. Tap Einrichten (Set up).
- Store your Wiederherstellungscodes (Recovery codes) safely, for example in your password manager – we’ll never show them again. Then tap Codes gesichert – los geht’s (Codes saved – let’s go).
- Tell us a bit about yourself: Dein Name (Your name); your birthday is optional. Tap Weiter (Next).
- Give your first workspace a name, for example your business name, and tap Workspace anlegen (Create workspace).
Note: tiaki is a tool for businesses. You can’t sign up if you’re under 18.
Tip: If someone invited you to their team, you don’t need an invitation code. Just use the link from the invitation email – see Accept an invitation.
Not working?
- “Dieser Einladungscode gilt nicht.” (This invitation code isn’t valid.) – Check the code for typos. Codes can expire or be used up.
- Didn’t get an email? Check your spam folder. Under Keine Mail bekommen? (Didn’t get an email?), you can request a new code after one minute.
- “Die Registrierung ist abgelaufen.” (The sign-up has expired.) – Too much time passed between the steps. Just start over.
- Already had an account? Then instead of the code, you’ll get an email letting you know you already have access. Just sign in.
- Sign-up is currently closed? Then tiaki isn’t accepting new accounts right now.
