Choose or change your plan, find invoices, update your payment method, cancel.
- How do you choose or change your plan?Open Tarif & Preise (Plans & pricing), choose Monatlich (Monthly) or Jährlich (Annual) and tap the button for the plan you want. Upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades on your billing date.
- What happens when your free trial ends?You try tiaki free for 30 days, with no payment method needed. If you don’t choose a plan afterwards, tiaki pauses – we keep your setup ready for you for 30 days.
- How do you cancel your plan or an add-on?Under Rechnungen & Abrechnung (Invoices & billing), switch off automatic renewal for your plan and tap Speichern (Save). Your plan then runs until the end of the paid period and ends.
- Where do you find your invoices and how do you change your payment method?Everything is under Rechnungen & Abrechnung (Invoices & billing): invoices as PDFs, your billing details and your payment method. Zahlungsart ändern (Change payment method) lets you add a new one.
