What happens when your free trial ends?
You try tiaki free for 30 days, with no payment method needed. If you don’t choose a plan afterwards, tiaki pauses – we keep your setup ready for you for 30 days.

Your trial starts when you sign up and lasts 30 days. You don’t need a payment method for it. Everything you set up stays with you once you choose a plan.
Step by step
- Open Tarif & Preise (Plans & pricing). At the top, it says Du testest tiaki (You’re trying tiaki) with the days remaining and the date until which your trial is free.
- Choose a plan and tap Jetzt … nutzen (Use … now). First you enter your billing details, then you add your payment method.
- Your plan starts immediately. Your billing date for the monthly charge is the day you book.
Note: The trial has a few limits – for example, you can schedule one post per day, run one workspace and work on your own. When you hit a limit, tiaki tells you exactly which plan helps.
What happens if you don’t choose a plan?
- A few days before the end, tiaki reminds you with a notification and an email.
- After 30 days, your tiaki pauses. You can still view everything, but nothing is published or fetched, and workflows don’t run. Your bio page, landing pages, short links and shared links are then unavailable.
- We keep your setup ready for you for 30 days. Before anything is deleted, you’ll get three email reminders.
- After that, the content is deleted: files, posts, contacts, connections and pages. What stays is your account, your billing details, the names of your workspaces and your company profile.
Tip: If you choose a plan during the pause, everything is back right away. Posts whose scheduled time fell into the pause are then in your drafts – just reschedule them.
Not working?
- You don’t see a trial counter: Only the main user who owns the account sees the trial.
- A connection to Facebook, Instagram or Google has expired after the pause: See Renew a connection.
