Upload not working, connection lost, post not published – find the fix here.
- Why wasn’t your post published?Open the post – each network shows whether it was published or why it fehlgeschlagen (failed). Fix the cause, save and schedule the post again.
- What if uploading a file or image doesn’t work?Usually the file is too large, the storage is full or the connection dropped briefly. The message on the upload tells you what’s going on – often it’s enough to reload the page and try again.
- What if no email or code from tiaki arrives?First, check your spam folder for emails from no-reply@tiaki.de. When signing up, you can request a new code after one minute with Neuen Code senden (Send new code).
- What if tiaki doesn’t load properly or a button doesn’t respond?Reload the page – that fixes most cases. If it doesn’t help, check your internet connection, update your browser and try turning off ad blockers for app.tiaki.de.
