tiaki sends its emails from no-reply@tiaki.de. Sometimes they end up in spam or arrive a few minutes late.

Step by step

  1. Wait a minute or two and check the inbox of your email program.
  2. Look in your spam or junk folder. If you find the email there, mark it as “not spam.”
  3. Check that the address is correct. tiaki shows it in bold when you sign up and sign in.
  4. Request a new email if needed (see below).

Depending on the email

  • Code when signing up: The 6-digit code is valid for 30 minutes. Tap Keine Mail bekommen? (Didn’t get an email?) and then Neuen Code senden (Send new code) – you can do this after one minute at the earliest. Entered the wrong address? Tap Neu starten (Start over).
  • “Bestätige kurz per E-Mail” (Quickly confirm by email) when signing in: In the email, tap “Anmeldung prüfen” (Check sign-in). The link is valid for 15 minutes. If it has expired, tap Abbrechen (Cancel) and sign in again.
  • Code from the authenticator app: This code doesn’t come by email – it’s in your authenticator app (for example Google Authenticator or 1Password). No access to the app? Use Wiederherstellungscode nutzen (Use recovery code).
  • Invitation to a workspace: An invitation is valid for 7 days. Ask the person who invited you to invite you again.
  • Notifications by email: Under Einstellungen (Settings) → Benachrichtigungen (Notifications), you choose for each type what comes by email. Security alerts are always sent by email too.

Tip: Add no-reply@tiaki.de to your contacts. Then the emails are less likely to land in spam.

Not working?

  • Company mailbox: Some companies filter emails strictly. Ask your IT team whether emails from tiaki.de are let through.
  • The code is rejected: Always use the newest code – older ones stop working once you request a new one.
