What if tiaki doesn’t load properly or a button doesn’t respond?

Last reviewed 2 min read

Reload the page – that fixes most cases. If it doesn’t help, check your internet connection, update your browser and try turning off ad blockers for app.tiaki.de.

On this page

tiaki runs in your browser at app.tiaki.de – on your computer just like on your phone. When something gets stuck, it’s usually because a page has been open too long or the connection is shaky.

Step by step

  1. Reload the page. On a computer, press F5 or Cmd + R; on your phone, pull down or tap the reload icon.
  2. Check your internet connection. On your phone, try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data.
  3. Update your browser to the latest version.
  4. Try turning off ad blockers or other browser extensions for app.tiaki.de.
  5. Allow cookies for app.tiaki.de – without them, you won’t stay signed in.
  6. Sign out and back in.

What the messages mean

  • “Die Seite ist abgelaufen. Bitte lade sie neu.” (The page has expired. Please reload it.) The page was open too long. For security reasons, forms are only valid for a certain time. Reload and submit again.
  • “Diese Seite gibt es nicht.” (This page doesn’t exist.) Probably a typo in the address or an old link. Go back via Zur Startseite (To the home page).
  • “Dieser Link gilt nicht mehr.” (This link is no longer valid.) Links in emails are only valid for a short time and often only once. Request a new one.
  • “Das hat nicht geklappt.” (That didn’t work.) or “Da ist etwas schiefgelaufen.” (Something went wrong.) Try again right away. If the error keeps happening, get in touch with us.

Note: If you see buttons but can’t change anything, your tiaki may currently be paused – for example after the trial. Then you can view everything but can’t create anything new. With a plan, everything is back right away.

Not working?

  • Try a different browser or device. If it works there, the cause is settings or extensions in the first browser.
  • Still stuck? Ask us via Ask a question in the Help Center. Tell us which page it happens on, which device and browser you’re using and which message appears.
