How do you edit or delete a scheduled post?
Open the post under Beiträge (Posts) → Geplant (Scheduled), make your changes and tap “Planen” (Schedule) again. “Beitrag löschen” (Delete post) removes it completely, as long as it hasn’t been published yet.

Until it’s published, you can change everything about a scheduled post. After that, it’s read-only in tiaki.
Step by step
- Open Beiträge (Posts) → Geplant (Scheduled), or tap the post in the Kalender (Calendar).
- Change the text, image or profiles.
- To change the day or time, tap Zeitpunkt (Time) and choose the new time.
- Tap Planen (Schedule). The post is rescheduled with your changes.
Important: If you only tap Speichern (Save), the scheduled post turns back into a draft and won’t appear. That’s how tiaki makes sure nothing unchecked goes out. Schedule it again afterwards.
Deleting a scheduled post
- Open the post.
- Tap Beitrag löschen (Delete post) at the very bottom.
Already published?
A published post can no longer be changed in tiaki. But you can remove it from the networks:
- Open the post under Beiträge → Veröffentlicht (Published).
- Tap Aus den Netzen löschen (Delete from networks) and confirm with Endgültig löschen (Delete permanently).
Likes and comments on the networks are lost in the process. In tiaki, the post stays available for looking back.
Tip: With In einem Jahr erinnern (Remind me in a year), tiaki sets a reminder for next year and creates a copy as a draft – handy for recurring occasions.
Not working?
- “Veröffentlichte Beiträge lassen sich nicht mehr ändern” (Published posts can no longer be changed): Delete it from the networks and write a new one.
- Instagram without a Facebook Page: tiaki can’t delete these posts. Delete them yourself in the Instagram app.
- You don’t see Beitrag löschen? Owners, managers and whoever wrote the post can delete it.
