How do you connect your Google Business Profile to tiaki?

Once your Google Business Profile is connected, you manage your location’s posts, opening hours, photos and reviews in tiaki – just as they appear on Google Maps and in Google Search.

Step by step

1. In the sidebar, under Netze (Networks), open Profile (Profiles). On your phone, you’ll find it under Mehr (More).
2. In the Google-Unternehmensprofil (Google Business Profile) card, tap Standort verbinden (Connect location).
3. Google opens. Sign in with the Google account that manages your Business Profile and allow tiaki access.
4. Back in tiaki, you’ll see Welchen Standort verbinden? (Which location do you want to connect?) with all locations from that Google account.
5. Choose exactly one location and tap Diesen Standort verbinden (Connect this location).
6. The location appears in the list. The first sync with Google takes a minute or two.

Not working?

• “In diesem Google-Konto gibt es kein Unternehmensprofil, auf das du Zugriff hast” (There’s no Business Profile you have access to in this Google account): You signed in with the wrong Google account. Use the account listed as owner or manager in your Business Profile.
• “Die Verbindung wurde bei Google abgebrochen” (The connection was canceled on Google): Nothing has been saved. Just start again.
• “Je Workspace verbindest du ein Profil pro Netz” (Each workspace connects one profile per network): A Google profile is already connected in this workspace.
• You don’t see a button: Only owners and managers can connect locations.
