How do you connect your Facebook Page to tiaki?
Under Profile & Netzwerke (Profiles & networks), in “Facebook & Instagram,” tap “Facebook & Instagram verbinden” (Connect Facebook & Instagram), sign in to Facebook and choose exactly one Page – its Instagram account comes along automatically.

Through Facebook, you connect a Facebook Page for your business – and, if there is one, the Instagram account linked to that Page at the same time.
Step by step
- In the sidebar, under Netze (Networks), open Profile (Profiles). On your phone, you’ll find it under Mehr (More).
- In the Facebook & Instagram card, tap Facebook & Instagram verbinden (Connect Facebook & Instagram).
- Facebook opens. Sign in and allow tiaki access to your Page.
- Back in tiaki, you’ll see Welche Seite verbinden? (Which Page do you want to connect?). Each Page shows whether an Instagram account belongs to it.
- Choose exactly one Page and tap Diese Seite verbinden (Connect this Page).
- The Page appears in the list – with the linked Instagram account right below it.
Note: Only the selected Page is saved, not the others in your Facebook account. Each workspace has one Facebook Page and one Instagram account. For another Page, create a separate workspace.
Note: If the card still says bald (soon) instead of showing a button, the Facebook connection hasn’t been unlocked for your workspace yet. You can still connect Instagram directly.
Not working?
- “In diesem Facebook-Konto gibt es keine Seite, die du verwaltest” (There’s no Page you manage in this Facebook account): You need a Facebook Page (not a personal profile) that your Facebook account has access to.
- The Instagram account is missing: It isn’t linked to the Page in Facebook. In that case, connect Instagram directly – see Connect Instagram.
- “Die Verbindung wurde bei Facebook abgebrochen” (The connection was canceled on Facebook): Nothing has been saved. Just start again.
- You don’t see a button: Only owners and managers can connect.
