How much storage do you have, and what do you do when it’s full?

Last reviewed 2 min read

You can see how much is used at the top of Dateien (Files). The trial gives you 500 MB, Start 5 GB, Premium 25 GB. If it’s full, delete what you no longer need or choose a bigger plan.

Everything you upload to tiaki counts toward your workspace’s storage: files, your own photos for posts and images you create in the Designer. Our image templates don’t count.

Step by step

  1. Open Dateien (Files).
  2. At the top, you’ll see the Speicher (Storage) bar with “… von …” (… of …) – how much is used and how much you have available.
  3. If space is running low, delete files you no longer need: tap the pencil next to the file and then Datei löschen (Delete file). The space is freed up immediately.
  4. If you need more space, choose a bigger plan or an add-on under Tarif & Preise (Plans & pricing).

How much storage is there?

  • Trial: 500 MB
  • Start: 5 GB
  • Premium: 25 GB
  • Deluxe: 100 GB
  • Agency: 250 GB

From Premium on, you can also add the Speicher +100 GB (Storage +100 GB) add-on.

Note: If you have several workspaces, they share your plan’s storage. The owner can also give a workspace a fixed share.

Important: If you delete a shared file, its share link stops working.

Not working?

  • “Der Speicher dieses Workspace ist voll” (This workspace’s storage is full) or “Dein Speicher ist voll” (Your storage is full): Delete what you no longer need or upgrade your plan.
  • “Dieser Workspace hat seinen zugeteilten Speicher ausgeschöpft” (This workspace has used up its allocated storage): The owner of the account assigns it more in the workspace menu under Team at Kontingent dieses Workspace (This workspace’s quota) – or leaves the field empty, so the workspace uses the shared storage.
  • You don’t see Tarif & Preise? Only the owner of the account books plans. Talk to them.
