How do you set how tiaki replies to comments?
In the Posteingang (Inbox), open Antwort-Regeln (Reply rules). There you decide for each classification whether tiaki just notifies you, makes a suggestion or – for praise – replies automatically.

Every new comment on Facebook and Instagram is classified – good, neutral or bad – and then prepared. Nothing is published unless you approve it, unless you explicitly switch on Automatisch (Automatic).
Step by step
- Open the Posteingang and tap Antwort-Regeln in the top right.
- Under Gilt für (Applies to), choose either Alle Profile (All profiles) or a single profile. For a single profile, choose Eigene Regeln hier (Own rules here) or Wie im Workspace (Same as workspace).
- Under Je Einordnung (Per classification), for Gut – Lob mit Text (Good – praise with text), choose between Melden (Notify), Vorschlag (Suggestion) and Automatisch.
- For Neutral – Frage, Anfrage (Neutral – question, inquiry), choose Melden or Vorschlag (KI) (Suggestion (AI)). Schlecht – Kritik, Beschwerde (Bad – criticism, complaint) always reports “Mitarbeiter muss ran” (a team member needs to step in) and never goes out automatically.
- For Nur Herz oder Emoji (Just a heart or emoji), choose Liken (Like), Als gesehen (Mark as seen) or Nichts tun (Do nothing).
- Choose the Wartezeit vor dem automatischen Versand (Delay before automatic sending) and, under So klingen die Antworten (How replies sound), the tone and form of address.
- Tap Regeln speichern (Save rules).
Note: When you switch on Automatisch, you confirm it with the 6-digit code from your authenticator app. Only replies from templates go out automatically, never AI texts. Every reply shows up as a notification first – you can hold it in the conversation with Stoppen (Stop).
Tip: With the Not-Aus (Kill switch) toggle, nothing goes out automatically anymore, effective immediately; suggestions keep coming. Under Warnwörter (Warning words), add your own words with Hinzufügen (Add) – if a comment contains one of them, tiaki never prepares anything automatically.
Not working?
- The options are grayed out: Only owners and managers can change the rules.
- “Automatisch” won’t save: Check the code from your authenticator app – it changes every 30 seconds.
- Instagram comments aren’t liked: Instagram only supports “seen”; Meta doesn’t allow liking there yet.
- No more AI suggestions: Once the monthly limit for AI requests is reached, tiaki keeps working with templates and rules. You can see where you stand at the bottom of the panel.
