How do you keep track of inquiries and filter out spam?

Last reviewed 2 min read

tiaki spots inquiries and spam on its own – you can change any classification in the conversation under Was ist das? (What is this?), set the lead status and move spam aside with one tap.

On this page

tiaki recognizes inquiries by words like price, appointment or quote, and by phone numbers. It also pre-sorts obvious spam (for example fake “Meta Support” messages). You can change every classification.

Step by step

  1. Open the Posteingang (Inbox) and choose Anfragen (Inquiries) at the top. This shows every conversation classified as an inquiry.
  2. Tap a conversation. On the right, under Was ist das? (What is this?), choose Anfrage (Inquiry), Frage (Question), Lob (Praise), Beschwerde (Complaint), Spam or Sonstiges (Other).
  3. For an inquiry, set the status under Anfrage: Neu (New), In Arbeit (In progress), Termin (Appointment), Angebot raus (Quote sent), Gewonnen (Won) or Verloren (Lost). As soon as you reply, Neu switches to In Arbeit on its own.
  4. Under Zuständig (Assigned to), choose who on your team takes care of it.
  5. Use Notiz (Note) for internal info and tap Notiz speichern (Save note). Only your team can see the note.
  6. Kontakt öffnen (Open contact) takes you to the contact card with email, phone, tags and history.

Filtering out spam

  1. In the conversation, tap Spam at the bottom. It disappears from Offen (Open) and now sits under Spam.
  2. For a comment, you can also choose Kommentar ausblenden (Hide comment). It’s then no longer visible to others on Facebook or Instagram. Wieder einblenden (Show again) undoes this.

Note: A comment you hide isn’t deleted – it’s just invisible to others.

Not working?

  • Something real ended up in spam: Choose Spam at the top, open the conversation and tap Wieder öffnen (Reopen), or pick the right classification under Was ist das?.
  • There are no statuses under “Anfrage”: The statuses only appear once the conversation is classified as Anfrage.
  • “Kommentar ausblenden” is missing: This button only exists for comments, not for direct messages.
